On August 19, SINOTRUK held a summary meeting on the “Thunder Shield” Special Anti-Theft Rectification Campaign to comprehensively review the achievements of the campaign, further consolidate collective efforts and reinforce accountability, systematically plan the next phase of anti-theft work, and jointly safeguard the company’s interests and state-owned assets. Liu Wei, Deputy Party Secretary and President of the Group, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union, and Zhang Minghao, Member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, attended the meeting.

Since the launch of the “Thunder Shield” Special Anti-Theft Rectification Campaign, SINOTRUK has handled violations with the utmost severity, maintained zero tolerance and shown no leniency. Working jointly with public security authorities, the Group successfully investigated and dealt with multiple cases of rule and discipline violations from previous years, effectively closing loopholes in materials management, preventing and recovering major economic losses for the company, safeguarding state-owned assets, and creating a strong deterrent against illegal acts of theft targeting the company. At the same time, coordinated action across all levels of the Group and full employee participation rapidly enhanced security effectiveness and markedly improved the overall security environment.
Safeguarding state-owned assets and maintaining orderly corporate operations are duties that all management personnel and employees are duty-bound to fulfill. The meeting called on all management personnel and employees to firmly reject any mindset of “taking a breather or easing off,” maintain the same intensity, standards and rigor of enforcement, continue to consolidate and expand the achievements of the special rectification campaign, and firmly reinforce the safeguards for the company’s safe and sound development. There must be no let-up in awareness and vigilance, and a sustained high-pressure stance must be maintained, while the rigorous working style, standards and mechanisms established through the “Thunder Shield” rectification campaign must be upheld over the long term. Security rules and procedures must be implemented without compromise, with stronger communication and education on security policies, enhanced supervision and inspection, continued reinforcement of long-term mechanisms, and firm adherence to the bottom line of security. Technology-enabled security efforts must continue unabated, keeping pace with trends in digitalization and intelligentization, continuously enhancing security capabilities and advancing iterative upgrades of security systems. Efforts to cultivate the right culture must never slacken. Legal education and professional ethics education for employees must be continuously strengthened, embedding the principle of “Caring for the Company as Our Home and Protecting Company Property” deeply in the hearts of employees and safeguarding the company’s safe and healthy development through a culture of integrity and righteousness.
At the meeting, Jiang Pengpeng, on behalf of the Group, signed Material Anti-Theft Responsibility Statements with the heads of the Group’s manufacturing and R&D units. Participants watched the warning and educational video “Thunder Sharpens the Blade • Safeguarding SINOTRUK.” Several typical cases uncovered during the “Thunder Shield” Special Anti-Theft Rectification Campaign were also reported, sounding the alarm for all employees and serving as a powerful deterrent.
A total of 300 people attended the meeting online and in person, including relevant Group executives at director level and above; Party and administrative heads of relevant functional departments; Party and administrative heads, leaders responsible for relevant work and other members of the leadership teams of manufacturing units; and heads and key personnel from the Group’s Security and Support Department and the procurement, manufacturing and security departments of its production units.
